What are your plans in the industry? My short term goals are to understand how larger companies, with a bigger budget than restaurants I've worked at in the past, operate and communicate with their suppliers and production teams. Once I'm satisfied with that, I want to commit to a food distributor firm to learn global procurement so I can understand the communication and fiscal process. My long term goal is to lead a team that focuses on sustainable supply chain management, whilst maintaining a profit.

Quote: I would like to make the supplier-to-restaurant relationship more symbiotic. If I could make it so restaurants get great quality food by setting up an efficient supply chain for that specific community, that would be a great impact to make. I would love it if I could take my passion of getting great food from close by, and share it with them.
