As Wing Prices Soar Wingstop Hedges With Bone-In Thighs

Wingstop Inc. began testing bone-in-thighs on menus in seven markets last week as a possible hedge against fluctuating fresh-wing prices, the company said Monday. “We recently negotiated a pricing mechanism with our largest poultry suppliers that mitigates the impact of continued inflation in bone-in chicken wings over the near-term.” Read more about it here.
