Egg Prices Rise Again

Concerns over tight supplies due to persistent outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in layer flocks are driving wholesale prices to near-record levels. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor, in November, the Consumer Price Index for eggs increased 8.2%. Read more here.
