Farm Groups Ask Supreme Court to Block Prop 12

While Prop 12 has been repeatedly challenged in court it has withstood the attacks. Two farm groups have now asked the Supreme Court to invalidate the standards as an unconstitutional burden on farmers and consumers everywhere. Read more here.
