Fed Signals Lower Rates - Stocks Surge, Wheat Crop Conditions Better Than Expected

The wheat complex retreated (sharply in Kansas City and Chicago) Tuesday after crop condition ratings came in better than expected in Monday afternoon’s U.S. Department of Agriculture Crop Progress report.
