Port of Savannah Approved for New 3.5M TEU Terminal

Construction for the $2.3 billion project will start in January 2028, and is expected to wrap up sometime in the mid-2030s. Once it's up and running, the 250-acre terminal will be able to handle the largest container ships. Read more here.
