Sushi Den Find Success by Building Own Supply Chain

Yasu and Toshi Kizaki began their own sushi restaurants in Denver. Disappointed by the quality and variety of available fresh fish, the Kizakis built their own supply chain from scratch, enlisting their younger brother in Japan to purchase products from the Nagahama fish market. Along the way, they discovered the challenges of operating in two countries and cultures.
