Umami Burger, Katsuya to Get Quick-Service Treatment

Disruptive Restaurant Group is adding quick-service versions of its Umami Burger and Katsuya restaurants. Full-service primary restaurants will serve as “ghost kitchens” for the new QSRs. The group plans to expand next year with similar models in its Cleo and Fi’ lia chains.
