US Foods To Finalize Acquisition of SGA

US Foods Holdings Corp. expects to close its acquisition of SGA’s Food Group companies in the next few days. As a condition to receiving regulatory clearance, US Foods will divest three Food Services of America distribution facilities located in Washington, Idaho and North Dakota. Read more here.
