Where Does Arby's Get All that Venison?

Arby’s offered venison sandwiches as part of the restaurant’s “It’s Meat Season” celebration of the start of hunting season. Illegal to kill enough deer to supply 3,300 Arby’s restaurants, the chain instead turned to New Zealand game farms. While many of the locations sold out of venison on the first day, Arby’s venison promotion faces objections from some wildlife groups.
