Webinar: FDA’s Food Traceability Rule - Everything You Need to Know
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently issued a final rule on food traceability designed to facilitate faster identification of potentially contaminated food.
Under this final rule, restaurants will now be required to maintain specific records for foods on the Food Traceability List (FTL).
Please join us on March 16th at 2pm Eastern to hear from FDA and the National Restaurant Association on the details of the rule, various exceptions, and strategies to comply.
More information on the rule can be found here as well. The FDA has a dedicated webpage for the rule where you can find additional information.
